4G communications base station insulated tube is a series of insulated rubber sleeves which are factory expanded and assembled onto a removable core. T cold shrink tubes are supplied for field installation in this pre-stretched condition. The core is removed after the tube has been positioned for installation over a cable connection, terminal lug, etc., allowing the tube to shrink and form a waterproof seal. It is made of Silicone rubber material, which have excellent weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance. The insulated tube is ideal sealing material for the communication cable, coaxial cable, medium voltage and low voltage power cables.
Compared with heat shrinkable tube, it is not hard and brittle even if used for a long time, and it also can be tight seal and no crack in the case of Cold shrinkage and thermal expansion. It can be used in more harsh environments
